Bookings:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If no deposit is received within 24 hours, you will forfeit the booking. Payment can be made in cash or by BACS. The balance will be due prior to, or on the day of the appointment. The non-refundable deposit goes towards the appointment.

Cancellations:

Free up to 48 hours ahead of the appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full cost, as a courtesy to other clients waiting for appointments.
